INTERDONAT

Turkey, with its ever-increasing production capacity, is the country that produces the greatest amounts of Interdonato throughout the world. Interdonato, an early species, is grown in the Eastern Mediterranean Region of Turkey. Its trees are medium strong and close.

Lamas lemon is the indispensable part of our tables and it is also an important source of vitamin. It is the oldest lemon specie produced in Turkey and it is specie which is produced and stored most. This specie is ecologically-selective. Therefore, it is grown in a specific region in the Mediterranean Region in the west of Mersin (Erdemli, Silifke). It is a high quality lemon specie grown in Turkey. It is highly productive and yields regular fruits.

Its Nature: Its trees grow in medium strength. The distribution of it fruits on the tree is regular. Its peel is regular, shiny, tightly attached to the fruit's flesh, green yellow or lemon yellow. MAYER

It has a unique look and smells with the flowers blooming throughout the year. Meyer lemon does not have the time to lift its head from fructifying to go to enlarging. Since they do not have fresh autumn shoots (suckers), they are more resistant to frost than other lemon species.

Its Nature: They stand out with their thin and rough peels. Its flowers are purple-based, fragrant and white. Its leaves are dark green and shiny.

Its Flavour: Meyer lemon fruits are sweet. Its acidity ratio is less than other lemon species. It has a delicious taste in the midst of orange and lemon.

Its Season: The most distinctive feature of Meyer lemons is that it gives the earliest product of the season compared to other lemon species. It is not suitable for storage.
